Spacious Sintering Capability

The BSM-FC40 is equipped with a large sintering chamber (φ110mm × 90mm) that accommodates two sinteirng trays (φ100mm), allowing you to sinter up to 80 single crowns in one go. This means a more streamlined sintering process , fewer sintering cycles with  increased productivity, ensuring your workflow runs at peak efficiency!

Lightning-Fast Sintering

Featuring high-purity silicon carbide heating elements with a maximum temperature increase rate of up to 50°C/min and withstanding temperature up to 1600℃, the FC40 reduces sintering time for Aconia cases (1-3 units) to 3 hours (including cooling time)! Achieve flawless results without cracks or discoloration, and stunning translucency. In addition to the fast sintering mode, it could be freely transferred to standard sintering for long zirconia bridges.

Say goodbye to manual monitoring! The BSM-FC40 features an intelligent two-stage cooling fuunction. This function automatically lowers the sintering platform when temperatures drops to  800°C and 500°C, dramatically reducing cooling time and ensuring safety for operators.
